CUSTOM PLASTICS

Plexiglas and other “See-Through” materials are available in dozens of types, thicknesses, and colors. Materials such as Plexiglas acrylic and impact resistant polycarbonate are available in Transparent & Translucent & Opaque colors.

Clear and colored acrylic enhances the appearance of jewelry displays, interior decorating, windows and wind shields, indoor and outdoor displays, furniture, and more.

PLASTICS

ACRYLIC SHEETS

We stock a wide variety of acrylic sheets in clear, tinted and colors. These thicknesses are commonly available in clear: 1/16″, 1/8″, 3/16″, ¼”, 3/8″, ½”, ¾”, 1″, and 1 ¼”.

Our standard sheet size is 4’x 8′. We sell partial sheets and pieces as well as oversized sheets.

We also carry and cut bullet resistant acrylic.

ACRYLIC RODS

We cut rods to size. If needed, we will polish the ends of the rods.

Round Extruded Rods: 1/16″, 1/8″, 3/16″, 1/4″, 5/16″, 3/8″, 1/2″, 5/8″, 3/4″, 1″. Extruded rod comes in 72″ lengths. (Sold in full lengths only)

Round Cast Rods: We stock a variety of sizes through a 2″ diameter. Cast rod comes in 96″ lengths. (Sold in full lengths or by the foot)

Square Extruded Rods: 1/8″, 3/16″, 1/4″, 3/8″, 1/2″, 3/4″, 1″. Square rod comes in 72″ lengths. (Sold in full lengths only)

KING STARBOARD

This is a premium marine plastic and the best replacement for teak and wood. It’s also great for outdoor projects, especially kitchens and boat docks. We have the following colors available: white, black, off white, beige and grey.

Starboard is an FDA approved material for cutting boards and other food applications.

We stock these thicknesses: 1/4″, 3/8″, 1/2″, 3/4″, 1″, 1 1/2″

Larger sizes by special order only.

ACETAL SHEETS

We carry a selection of flat acetal sheets in natural and black. These thicknesses are commonly available: 1/8″, 3/16″, 1/4″, 3/8″, 1/2″, 3/4″.

We cut pieces or sell a 2’x4′ sheet.

ACETAL RODS

Acetal Rods are perfect for machining parts. They comes in black or white and is sold by the foot or 10′ lengths. We commonly carry 1/4″ through 4″ diameters.
